RESERVATION REQUESTS
When completing the online form please be aware that your reservation has not yet been confirmed until you are contacted by us via email or phone. Please note that all clients must be aged 16 or over.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
Confirmation of your booking will be by phone or sent to you by post or email upon request.

PAYMENT
To be settled prior to the commencement of your treatment, either at the time of booking or on the day of the appointment. The following options are available:

GIFT VOUCHERS
All Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date stamped on the voucher. Gift vouchers cannot be refunded in total or in part and cannot be replaced by Natural Balance Holistic Therapies if lost or stolen.

SPECIAL OFFERS
Payment for all treatments purchased through any of our Special Offers must be made in full at the time of purchase. Our cancellation of bookings policy also applies to Special Offers.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS / SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Natural Balance Holistic Therapies treatments are carried out subject to the completion of our Medical Questionnaire. If you suffer from certain medical conditions you may be required to seek the permission of your GP prior to your treatment.

If you do not let us know of any special medical conditions at the time of booking we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fully accommodate you on your visit. If you have any concerns please check with us by calling 07747 047052 (and where appropriate your doctor).

CANCELLATION POLICY
We can only offer a full refund if your reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. If the reservation is made within the 48 hour cancellation period we are unable to offer a refund unless there are exceptional circumstances and only at our complete discretion.

CANCELLATION BY NATURAL BALANCE HOLISTIC THERAPIES
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the smooth running of the treatment studio unforeseen circumstances may result in appointments being postponed at short notice. In the event that a rescheduled appointment date is unsuitable, a full refund will be made.
